1. Open walkway door: Repair metal louver holders whcih are bent, then screw each louver shut with two strips of wood. Take entire louver handle mechanism off and throw it away.
2. Caulk windowsil in all rooms to tsry to stop watesr problem...spalling to concrete wall.

1. Fix sbroken metal part of louver...needs rivet. The piece is sitting on the small table near the window.
2. One frosted glass louvesr needs to be replaced...36 5/8". Don't make it any longer. Ths is exact length of what is in the window right now. It could be slightly shorter...but definately not longer.
3. Check the window screen holding hooks to be sure they are all tight enough. Some are very loose.
4. Front door...top hinge is loose. Needs a piece of wood to lock the screws in tighter???
5. Front door...door tongue screws are loose. May need a piece of wood to lock the screws in tighter. Use some glue. Be very careful as to the size of the wood wedge...as the door is cracked at this area.

1. Shower rod needed in larger bathroom. The pipe should be at least 5 feet long...then you will have to cut it down to size. Make this the permanent type of rod. Not the pressure kind. You will have to drill through the tiles.
2. Please check all curtain rods. Not all of them are attached to the wall. Need new bottom pullies at most of the windows.
